Pastor Chuck and Cindy Erzkus retired after 39 years of pastoral ministry on August 13, 2017, after one last service at Christ Lutheran Church. Pastor Chuck served CLC and the LaVale community generously for the past 27 years. The CLC congregation is sad to see the Erzkus family go, but will remember them with nothing but grateful hearts. They are wished all happiness in Florida with their daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter; and many opportunities to serve their new community. Thank you Chuck and Cindy! We love you!
The congregation of Christ Lutheran was blessed with four new members on Sunday, August 6. Warmest welcomes are extended to Jack and Lisa Ahern, Felicia McKenzie, and Jack Zealand!
If you would like to donate any non-perishable items to the LaVale food pantry, please feel welcome to drop them off at the church. Thank you!
